Originally released in 1993, the ASICS GEL-Kayano Trainer was designed and marketed for the serious high-mileage runner. They feature a leather and mesh upper with structural overlays, GEL cushioned sole, a sock-like fit (instead of a traditional tongue), and a durable rubber outsole.
